Q: How much is the rate for your In-Home Caregivers?

A: Our RATE varies depending on your level of care and the hours you require for a caregiver.
Q: Do you accept clients with Long-Term Insurance?
​
A: YES, we do. With the License we now hold, long term insurance reimbursement is made directly and makes it easier.
Q: What is couple care and how do you charge it?
A: Couple Care is arranged only if they are both needing some degree of assistance with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL). This can be agreed upon during the Client's Assessment .
Q: What if the caregiver didn't work out for my parents?

A: In case of this, please call our Office directly and as soon as possible so that our Administrator can re-assess and re-assign someone new.
Q: I am the caregiver for my mother, but I am in the point of exhaustion and would love to have a short break. Can you help me? Do you accept short-term clients?

A: YES, we can definitely help you according to your needs and your Mom's. We do offer RESPITE CARE, which is exactly what you need now.
